Ready to ship in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days depending on where you are in South Africa.

All our fine jewellery rings are made to order and will be delivered 3 to 4 weeks after your order has been confirmed. Platinum rings might take an additional week to produce.

Please contact us for more information if you’re not sure how long your order will take to deliver.

For national orders exceeding R1000, shipping is free. For orders under R1000, a flat shipping rate of R99 applies for door to door shipping.

For international orders outside of South Africa, a shipping fee will be quoted based on where the delivery is.

If your order has not been shipped to you yet, you can change your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@stellamoissanite.com with your order number and the updated shipping address, and we will assist you. Once your order
has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

If your order has already been processed, your order can no longer be cancelled.

Yes, we do ship internationally. International shipping fees are for the buyer's account, and we do not include custom duties and international shipping fees in our order prices.
