Domestic Delivery:

Complimentary shipping is extended on all Stella Moissanite online purchases exceeding R1000. For orders valued under R1000, a modest flat rate of R99 applies.

Delivery Timescales:

Each Stella Moissanite ring is thoughtfully crafted upon your order, with an expected delivery timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks following order processing.

Our premium Platinum rings require a little more finesse and time, and will be lovingly delivered to you within 6 to 8 weeks after your order has been processed.

For other in-stock treasures, expect them to be dispatched and reach you within 5 to 14 business days following the processing of your order.

International Delivery:

Please note that international shipping fees and custom duties are not included in our listed prices. These charges will be the buyer's responsibility and can be coordinated through Stella Moissanite and our preferred courier partner post-confirmation of your purchase.

We strongly recommend safeguarding your valuable items by opting for parcel insurance. Kindly note, Stella Moissanite cannot be held accountable for loss or damage incurred to uninsured goods during the shipping and delivery process.

Whilst we strive to deliver all Stella Moissanite jewelry within 4-6 weeks post order processing, we advise our international customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs rates and taxes, to avoid unexpected duties upon arrival of your parcel(s).

Please note that return shipping and insurance costs fall under the customer's responsibility, and Stella Moissanite cannot be held liable for any return costs.
