At Stella Moissanite, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. However, we understand that there may be times when you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. In such instances, we are pleased to offer returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
For your understanding and convenience, we've outlined our return and refund policy below:
Return and Refund Eligibility
Most of our non-bridal rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces may qualify for return or exchange, provided they meet our stringent criteria. Please note:
- All returned items must remain unopened, unused, and retain their original packaging and labels.
- All accompanying product certificates must be included in your return.
- Your item will undergo an inspection upon return to verify its eligibility. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we confirm the returned items meet our return policy criteria.
Refunds
We will issue refunds for eligible items via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we can only process refunds after we've received and thoroughly inspected your returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that fail to comply with our eligibility guidelines. In such cases, we will return the item to you at your expense.
Exchanges
For in-stock items, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. However, we can only dispatch replacements after we've received and inspected your returned item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility guidelines.
Should your exchange item not comply with our guidelines, we hold the right to decline the exchange and will send the item back to you, with shipping charges on your account.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for the following items:
- Customized bridal jewelry (engagement and wedding rings), including those with design modifications, use of non-standard metals, or personal engravings.
- Discounted or sale items.
- Non-jewelry items and accessories.
- Custom-made or made-to-order items.
- Items from our Piercing Collection, due to hygiene considerations.
We are unable to make exceptions to these exclusions.
Return Shipping
Please be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, we're here to help! We can assist you in arranging return shipping through our trusted courier partners. As you'll be shipping valuable items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and securing shipping insurance. Please understand that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
