Can you resize your ring after your purchase?
There is good news and bad news when it comes to resizing your ring after you've bought it.
The bad news is that not all rings can successfully be resized. Channel, eternity and tension set rings cannot be easily be resized, nor can rings made from tungsten and titanium. For this very reason, all channel, eternity and tension set rings that you've bought from Stella do not qualify for a free re-sizing.
The good news, is that rings that are set differently and made from platinum and gold, can be resized by up to two sizes up or down.
It's important to try and buy the ring in the right size to begin with. If you're not sure what your ring size is, we've developed a ring sizing guide to help you.

Free resizing
Stella offers one free resizing after your purchase, subject to these conditions:
- The offer is only valid up to 30 days from delivery for rings bought from Stella
- Channel, eternity and tension set rings do not qualify
- Rings made from titanium and tungsten do not qualify
- You are liable to pay your preferred courier for the delivery and shipping insurance fees to return the ring to our workshop. Stella will not be held liable for the handling fees or potential loss or damage during this process.

All Stella rings are listed on the website in a commonly occurring range of full and half sizes. If you require a different size to what is offered, please get in touch with us via info@stellajohannesburg.com and we will help you with your ideal size ring.
